The landscapes pictured below represent a cross section of the work accomplished in the last thirty years. All design is a result of a conscience reflection of client’s needs and desires and efficiently organizing these items into attractive and functional settings.
Grinstead, Wimberley, Texas – Construction and installation of all hardscape elements for this weekend retreat. Items included paths, stonewalls, fencing, a vegetable garden and an expansive water feature with waterfall and fishponds.
Anderson, San Antonio– A diminutive yard presented a challenge that resulted in a secluded seating area surrounded by plantings and a water feature. Responsible for design and installation of all hardscape and softscape elements.
Dennett Pond, San Antonio – The design and installation of this hillside retreat included stonewalls and patios as well as a small waterfall and trickling stream overlooking the valley below.
Dennett Renovation, San Antonio – This 30 year old water feature was thoroughly cleaned, updated and replanted. Renovations and updates to existing landscapes can preserve their beauty and benefits for years to come.
HemisFair Plaza Redevelopment, San Antonio – The 1968 World’s Fair site had long been a neglected public space in downtown San Antonio. The renovation included extensive water features and landscaped park spaces to provide an urban oasis at the base of the Tower of the Americas. The design was recognized with an Merit Award from the Texas Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
King, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX – To create an outdoor environment for this home, the design included a pool with rock outcroppings, wood decks, pool house and extensive plantings.
Soler, San Antonio – This pond and waterfall is actually a remodel of an existing non-functional pond that had just been installed. The previous pond was a bitter disappointment but after tearing out the old and installing a properly designed pond the owner was elated.
Summerlin Properties, Wimberley, TX – This pond and waterfall addition to a Texas style country office adds a bit of peace and relaxation to the workday.
Dresen, Middleton, WI – This pond and waterfall development expanded an existing pond by 300%. The new pond allows better visual access from the residence as well as more room for aquatics and fish.
Vistas of Sonterra, San Antonio, TX – The addition of this common area for a housing development provides the homeowners with an oasis of water and landscape. The water feature consists of three large ponds connected with waterfalls and streams. The stream embraces a golf putting green. The entire site is lushly landscaped and includes lighting and irrigation.
Miscellaneous Residences – Whether the addition of stone patios and a pool or the renovation of existing landscapes, efficient design and construction can add value and usefulness to any project.
